Match analyst and assistant coach
On the bench since 2016, first as a goalkeeping coach and then in analysis. This season I am on the Boomers staff in Kings League Italia and attending the UEFA C coaching course.
I kept goal in Italian amateur football, from Serie D down to Seconda Categoria, but I found my place on the bench. I started in 2016 in Foppenico, at the parish club where I played as a kid, giving a friend a hand with the goalkeepers. From there I worked as a goalkeeping coach for several seasons, up to the national youth teams of A.C. Renate.
I came to analysis out of curiosity about how the game keeps changing, and through the video and drone work I do at Treelink Studio. I was assistant coach and match analyst in Eccellenza with Luciano Manara and then in the Kings League with Underdogs FC, where we reached the quarter-finals of the 2026 Kings World Cup Clubs, the Kings League club world cup.
In March 2026 I completed the FIGC Match Analyst course at Coverciano with the thesis Da estremo difensore a primo costruttore (From last defender to first playmaker), on the goalkeeper's role in the attacking phase, marked 93/110.

The thesis for the FIGC Match Analyst course, presented at the FIGC Technical Centre in Coverciano. It traces the history of the role from the nineteenth century to today's goalkeeper: from Leigh Richmond Roose to Donnarumma, by way of Jongbloed, Van der Sar, Valdés, Neuer and Ederson.
